About Me
I’m Tom Sanchez, and Arizona has always been my home sweet home. Growing up in the close-knit community of Mammoth, AZ, I developed a deep appreciation for the rich copper mining heritage and the breathtaking natural wonders that surround us. My family means the world to me. Alongside my amazing wife, we have three wonderful kids and a cherished grandson who bring immense joy to our lives. After graduating from San Manuel High School, I pursued my passion for business management and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me pursuing my passions for hunting, fishing, hiking, and off-roading in my trusty Jeep. Nature is my sanctuary, and these activities allow me to find inspiration and balance in the great outdoors. With my extensive knowledge of Arizona’s many areas, I can guide you not only in finding your dream home but also in discovering the best spots across the state.

Tom is a great agent who is very attentive to his customers' needs. We visited many homes that fit my buy box and Tom a lways had pertinent information about the properties. For example, one of the properties had a solar lease which was very costly. I would have overlooked that if it were not Tom's attention to detail. He makes himself available at all hours of the day to answer questions, visit properties, etc. We have purchased three homes with Tom and will continue to work with him because of our positive experiences with him. He has lived in the Valley his whole life so he has vast knowledge regarding the communities. I highly recommend Tom!

I met Thomas through work re-location. He was assigned to us to help us find a rental. The way Thomas dealt with us in f inding a home that we loved, was above and beyond. When we decide to own our own home, there was no one other than Thomas we would have gone with.

When I first met Thomas, he promised to always answer my calls and be upfront with me. He did just that and more. I neve r had wait to go look at a home. He never acted like I was wasting his time. He told me exactly what was going on and explained things for me in a way I can understand, even if I forgot and had to ask him again.
